This package is for those who just need a jumpstart into their wellness routine. It's about habit-forming. You will learn how to develop your fitness routine, what classes would be ideal for you, what to fuel your workouts with, keeping consistency and how to get back up after you have fallen off the wagon. This four week program includes one-on-one personal training, up to two fitness classes a week, up to three workout on your owns a week, weekly review of your fuel, "fitness assignments," and tips on overcoming challenges. And, when you join WFS after your four weeks end, you do not have to pay the $50 Administrative fee!
