Starting with a solid foundation is the key to success and that is why all of our new clients begin with a 1-on-1 Assessment. The Assessment takes 50 minutes and throughout the session your instructor will: *Talk to you about your health & fitness goals and discuss your history of any injuries, aches, pains or ongoing conditions you may be dealing with or have dealt with in the past. *Teach you the fundamentals of Pilates and give you a brief history of the Pilates method. *Assess your posture and alignment to identify any imbalances and weaknesses. *Advise you which sessions would benefit you most moving forward to help you achieve your goals.
