Description
In order to book CRS for your special event, you must pay a deposit of $125. Your payment indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of the CRS cancellation policy: If renter cancels more than 60 days in advance, then no cancellation fee will be due. If renter cancels 31-60 days in advance, then 25% of the total rental fee will be due. If renter cancels less than 31 days in advance, then 50% of the total rental fee will be due. If renter cancels less than 7 days in advance, then 100% of the total rental fee will be due. The balance of the rental fee must be paid prior to occupying the space on the day rented.
