You will receive instruction on how to adjust the Balanced Body Reformer and EXO Chair, learn the fundamentals of Pilates on the Reformer and familiarize yourself with key terminology. After completing your 2 private 30 minute lessons, you are then able to book your 2 Group Reformer Classes (applies to Group Reformer and Beginner Reformer classes only). We encourage that you take these private lessons from different instructors to experience our variety of teaching styles offered at Garage Pilates. Get ready to have some fun! All purchases expire 4 months after date of purchase.
