Pilates Studio

We offer anatomy-informed Pilates, yoga, fitness and wellness.
Selah Pilates features intimate class sizes with highly certified
instructors for beginner, intermediate or advanced skill levels. We
also specialize in privates and small group injury prevention and
rehabilitation by appointment. Our beautiful studio is located in
Ocean Springs, MS. Soft Opening November, 2020 and Grand Opening,
January 2021.

Our Intro classes teaches the foundations of proper body alignment and essential Pilates principles as well as how to safely use a Reformer apparatus. This class is the first step in a mat or reformer Pilates journey and is perfect for any Pilates beginner. It is also the pre-requisite for all other Selah classes. 

After the Fundamentals you can begin regular mat sessions starting with level 1 and working your way up!

This special bundle rate includes the Selah Foundations session and four reformer classes.
