Megaformer Policies


Liability Release
In providing my signature, I agree that I am of sound physical health and able to participate in a physical exercise program. I acknowledge the possible hazards and risks that may be associated with any new exercise program. I understand that I should consult my physician before beginning any new, or vigorous activity and that it is my responsibility to stop activity and/or notify the instructor if I am experiencing discomfort or possible risk of injury during my workout. I understand that exercise and physical excursion puts stress on the cardiovascular system (i.e. heart, lungs) and that the results of these stresses can vary for each individual and the activity being performed. It is my responsibility to monitor these changes and alert the instructor and/or my healthcare provider of any undesired side effects.
I acknowledge that LaGree Method is performed on Megaformer machines and that I must operate these machines properly to ensure my safety and the protection of the equipment. I will direct any questions I have regarding the equipment to my instructor. I agree to release BodyRestoration, its principals, and/or its trainers from any liability with regard to any injuries or damages that I may incur as a result of my participation in this program.
It is my responsibility to come to class prepared and conduct myself in a responsible and respectful manner for the comfort and safety of myself and others participating in class. BodyRestoration reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who are unable to maintain these standards of conduct.
I have reviewed the contents of the website and understand the policies for class scheduling and cancellation.
I have carefully read this agreement and I fully understand the contents of this release of liability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Out of respect for our staff and other members, the following cancellation policies are in place. Please, no exceptions.

We require at least 6 hours notice for Megaformer Class cancellations. Cancellation of classes with less than 6 hours notice will result in a $15 Late Cancelation Fee. A $25 No Show Fee will be applied for any classes that are missed without prior notice of cancellation.

Terms & Conditions

In order to keep our clients and equipment safe and sanitary, clients MUST wear tread socks/ToeSox
Please refrain from wearing heavy perfume, lotions, and oils
Please turn off cell phones when in studio
Clients are responsible for wiping/cleaning of machine after each use

Clients must have SIGNED Waiver and
Release completed prior to participating

For NEW MEMBERS, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class, so we can introduce you to the studio and the machine.

Purchase Policy

Classes and Services can be booked using your WellnessLiving Achieve App or by contacting us in the studio directly. Classes require payment at the time of booking. Services may be scheduled, it is recommended but it is not required that you pre-pay prior to your scheduled service appointment. Please see our cancellation policies above.

Return / Refund

There are no refunds on Megaformer class packages. Auto-renewals occur on a monthly basis starting on the date on which you presented for the first class of your package. Cancelations to your Auto-renewal must be made at least 15 days prior to initiation of your new month to avoid renewal for another month.


Apparel purchases may be returned in unworn, unwashed condition within 15 days of original purchase for a full refund in the method of original payment.
