Introductory trial - 60 minute session

Welcome to Even Keel Therapeutic Movement and thank you for your interest. If you are a first time customer you may be curious about our services, what might be right for you, and if we will be a good fit for you. For this reason we offer both a 15 minute free consult as well this introductory trial private session good for a 60 minute private yoga, yoga therapy, 1:1 personal movement training, therapeutic pilates, or Thai yoga massage session at Even Keel, Rockland. Please note that this session will start with a brief pain and mobility assessment. * We also offer an introductory 90 minute session option if you are interested.
