I took my first Aerial Strength & Condition class this week. Good, friendly instructor. Great workout. Definitely will be back for more classes.
Acadia's interest in movement blossomed 5 years ago, when she first picked up a hula hoop. She started to explore the relationship between mind and body through movement. The quest to understand that connection and help others do the same led her to JAI's YTT-200 program, which she graduated from in May 2018. She learned how patterns of the mind are reflected in our bodies. Her classes guide students towards honing in on these patterns, observing them, and helping reshape them.
