Jenn's Pilates class was recommended to me by my massage therapist, Julia Keller to help improve my core strength in order to ease back pain. I'll admit, it was a bit tough, but I haven't exercised in a while and Jenn said I did well (I was surprised!). I actually signed up for a private class with Jenn to really drill down on the areas I need improvement and to fine tune my posture and poses.
In 2017, she became a Certified Bhakti Yoga Instructor by completing her 200 RYT with the Pure Warrior Yoga School and has since found where she is supposed to be on her journey. She has recently completed 40 hours of Trauma Sensitive Yoga Training. A training for trauma survivors who have either experienced or witnessed it. No prior yoga is necessary to achieve the mind-body connection used to move forward in your life and achieve freedom and happiness!
She is also an avid mountain bike rider, road cyclist who has completed 10 centuries she continues to work out daily. As a former Figure Competitor, she knows the value of discipline, understanding your body and achieving your goals big or small.
