Kristen is a multi-talented powerhouse that has been teaching for over 10 years! She was instructing in New York up until the pandemic when she decided to relocate to Austin to share her passions back home. She's an experienced coach in all things dance, pole, aerial, flexibility, and conditioning. She teaches to give back to the arts community and share all the helpful things she's picked up along the way!
