Oh hi, I didn't see you there. I'm Lindsey Dement. It is always super weird writing a bio, am I right? So let's go through this awkwardness together. I have been pole dancing since 2010 aka ancient times when there was only like 7 pole videos on YouTube. I am a retired competitor and an OG instructor for Cleo's Rock n Pole. Aside from pole, I work at a dental office, I'm a Mom to a precious little baby boy, and I have a super supportive husband. I hope to continue teaching pole until I'm an old lady still hair whipping in 8 inch leopard heels.
