Shannon has owned inMotion Training Studio for over 12 years and has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. She began her career early as she played volleyball and basketball in college and eventually became the Assistant Volleyball Coach and Trainer for her college team. She has experienced a variety of positions from Aquatics Director and Operations Manager to a Fitness and Program Director. She has worked for big corporations, colleges, and small fitness studios where she has experienced many different aspects of the fitness industry. inMotion is a conglomeration of all of the positive elements she has learned and experienced throughout her career.
Shannon has been active her
entire life therefore understands many injuries as she has 2 ACL's
in each knee and meniscus as well as trap, neck and shoulder issues
which helps her acknowledge pain and understand how to approach
most injuries both pre and post. She specializes in not only
general overall fitness, weight loss and strength but post rehab,
injuries, corrective exercise and works along many physical
therapists in town to continue training when therapy is
Shannon is born and raised in Bend-one of the few true Bendite's. She enjoys playing volleyball, the outdoors, the sun, playing with her 4 dogs, is always up for a good beer (RPM preferably), coaching and spending time with her friends, family and husband– Seth.
