The teachers are so sweet and awesome, every class so far has been amazing. I definitely recommend the two week intensive all you can do so you can try out all the different classes and meet the teachers.
Melissa has taught a variety of group fitness classes since 2014. She has always been passionate about the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of exercise. She finds great joy in helping people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. When Melissa began her journey learning about and leading yoga classes, she felt that a door opened and let the rays of sunshine in. She found that yoga can be a link between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Her goal is to empower class participants to experience yoga as a way to care for and love themselves, and then that self-love and inner peace can be applied to their lives outside the yoga studio as well!
In Melissa’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, her husband, and her dog. She enjoys paper crafting such as making cards and scrapbooking. She is happiest when she is in nature, preferably surrounded by trees and in the sunshine. Growing up in the northwest, Melissa appreciates the rain because it makes things grow, but treasures sunny days. She is delighted to be teaching yoga classes at Flow Motion!
