Jess is a full time working mom of two active boys. She knows the importance of juggling work and family and still finding time to stay fit.Growing up as an athlete in the Midwest, she played every sport offered to her and played Division 3 softball for Simpson College, winning 2 National Titles during her time on the team. She has a passion for health and fitness and after suffering from an ACL injury she decided to take her passion to the next level. Training alongside Bill Phillips, fitness pro and author of Body for Life, Jess has trained hundreds of clients transform their minds and bodies to a healthier lifestyle.
