Love the WOD class! It's a great challenge and the instructors are able to adjust to accommodate any limitations while still keeping the intensity. The gym is super clean, nice and wide open with lots of natural light which is nice!
My focus in training is clients 50+ who are looking to improve their fitness - mobility, strength, cardio - in order to live well and stay healty as they age. My personal goal is to move as easily in my 90s as I do now. This is what I want for my clients as well.
