This was the first class I've taken of crossfit. It was definitely more than I had imagined. But it was a continuous challenge. I was working independently towards the end of the workout, but I like working by myself. I liked that even though, I think it was the instructor, wasn't doing any of the movements with us. He had another lady who was versed in the workout who was showing us and doing the movements with us. I don't know if I'm at all in shape for that clas, but I will be back to try it again!

Church of Iron is an elite training center. We are a group of coaches dedicated to accelerating each athlete’s development through safe and effective training. We are also committed to making a positive impact within our community through promoting an active lifestyle. Utilizing over 50 years of knowledge and experience allows us to design training protocol to maximize each athlete’s abilities. We combine all of this with an atmosphere that demands success. Our philosophy is simple; Athlete Focused, Science Based, Performance Driven, Coach Directed

Church of Iron is a mindset. Throw all the gimmicks out the window and TRAIN! We operate on the UNDER THE BAR SYSTEM. Actions always speak louder than words. What you know or think you know doesn’t matter–it’s what you do that matters. The common thread that brings us together is the WILL: the will to suffer, to put ourselves in harm’s way under the bar so we can adapt and overcome. All you need is IRON and SOUL. Welcome to our church, the CHURCH OF IRON.
