Top Shape Fitness was one of the first exercise and fitness facilities in the state of Maryland to offer a high-intensity cardio-kickboxing training program that incorporates the use of heavy bags for the ultimate fat and calorie-burning workout. Our unique approach to heavy-bag training, which is set to music at 185 beats per minute, an exercise pace that is 30% faster than most cardio-kickboxing programs, still stands head and shoulders above the rest.
Although Top Shape Fitness established its reputation in the cardio-kickboxing arena, we have evolved over the years to include Strength Training, Circuit Interval or high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Extreme Core Training, Power Yoga and Zumba programs, for a total-body approach to fitness.
