Sarah is an outdoor enthusiast who has always loved playing sports and being active. She is a yoga teacher and ski instructor as well as an avid hiker and cyclist. Sarah’s yoga journey began 9 years ago, when she started practicing yoga as a way to maintain fitness while at University. She has been a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher since 2020, focusing mostly on Vinyasa yoga. In 2021, Sarah completed a 300hr yoga teacher training course and is in the process of certifying as an RYT500. Since then she has expanded her own personal yoga practice and teaching to include hatha, restorative, yin, and chair yoga. She loves the way different types of yoga can balance each other out to help the body strengthen and recover. She loves to share her passions with others and hopes to find ways to help people achieve their own personal goals!
