Clockwork Performance Training

Coach Cedric Phillips ia a 36 year old native of Roanoke, Alabama. He attented Troy University (2000-2004) on a football scholarship where he played alongside Demarcus Ware and Osi Umenyiora. They both had successful careers in the NFL. Phillips also played in the AIFL championship in 2005. Phillips is currently employed at Handley High School located in Roanokecher. Alabama. He is a Business Teacher and Assistant Football Coach. Phillip has been a part of 3 High School Football State Champioships. (2011,2016 and 2020) since his stay at Handley, “Coaching is a profession of love. It is much more than wiins and losses.”

Coach Dante Wade is 30 years old from Valley, Alabama. There, he played 3 years of vasity basketball (2004-2007).

After graduating highschool he joined the national guard 2008-2012. In 2014 he started a AAU team called Bag Ballers traveling all over the southeast coast playing on AAU circuit. In 2016 he started coaching with Aubrey Reese SLAAMBasketball Program. He is passionate person and the game of basketball is his first love. He's big on living by 3 rules; Accountability, commitment,discipline!

 

 

Marc was born in Hinesville, Ga and spent some of his chlldhood in Alaska before moving to Georgia in 1988. He graduated from Lagrange High School and attendeed Auburn University and University of Georgia. In high school Marc was a multi-sport athlete. In college he played club Rugby. After college,Marc worked in the mechanical industry several years before retiring and spending more time with family. He began coaching for various recreation soccer teams at Troup County Parks and Recreation. Marc joined AFC lightning soccer club in 2017 as an academy U9/U10 coach. He currently holds the USSF Grassroots License with inventions earning his D License.

 

Marc entered the performance training field while providing additional training opportunities for the Academy soccer athletes in the off season. After earning his PES from National Academy of Science and Medicine he interned at Clockwork Perfrmsnce before becoming a ful time performance specialist and personal trainer.

 

Marc is passionate about coaching, developing,and promoting physical activity in his community.
