Went as a first times to the hoop/silks intro class. Instructor was nice, and I liked being able to try both varieties of aerial, and her instructions were clear. However, I didn't feel like the things we were shown felt like much of a workout, and there was a bit of down time between stations, because there were 6 of us with two sets of silks and one hoop. I didn't feel very challenged, but it was just an intro class, so maybe that was intentional.

Our Intros are a one time only class designed to give you a taste of aerials and help you decide if you want to do silks or lyra without having to take two separate intro classes. We try to make the class achievable for all levels and not too overwhelming so it doesn't discourage people who are just beginning their workout journey. If you are looking for a more challenging class we recommend going to a silks or lyra fundamentals or mixed level class.
