This was definitely a great workout! The variety of exercises and circuits kept me moving and challenging different muscle groups. The one thing I would suggest for improvement is explaining the exercises for the new attendees. This was my first time attending and there were times when I didn't know what some of the motions were. Luckily other participants were able to help me but not knowing what to do was frustrating. I would still recommend it though!

“I learned how important diet and exercise were to a healthy lifestyle when I was a child. My father was stricken with heart disease and passed on at a very young age. Growing up I became very interested in building my body for sports and recreation. When it came time to choose a career path it seemed pretty obvious what was right for me. Seeing the impact of both heart disease and a healthy lifestyle on not just an individual, but the people around them steered me in the direction of the health and fitness field. Helping people live healthier, longer and more productive lives are why I go to work every morning.”
