I highly recommend Body Edge as a gym. The staff is warm, professional and friendly. They are always concerned about your needs and making sure you have a great experience. The personal trainers gear their programs to match your goals, while accommodating any special needs or limitations you may have. It is not the stereotypical sweaty gym environment. You are not competing with marathoners or body builders for access to equipment. Their fitness classes are very popular, as well. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.
