Betty has been a life-long health and fitness enthusiast who joined the fitness industry as licensed Zumba Fitness instructor in 2006. Seeing a marked change in her health and physique, she became passionate about helping others with their fitness needs. Betty has been leading fitness classes while growing in the health and wellness industry ever since.This enthusiasm led her to fitness education and growth by obtaining an AFAA and then ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification among others such as Barre, TRX, and HIIT.Fast forward, Betty has worked diligently building expertise in the health and fitness field. With a NASM Personal Trainer certification under her belt, she has joined the Boot Camp Challenge® family to coach virtual and in-person camps!While teaching at various locations throughout Palm Beach County, she also gives back to the community by participating in various community sponsored and fundraising events.
