Really enjoyed my first class and looking forward to more! It was an excellent full body workout, but low impact and something I can get better and stronger at over time.

He began his career as an athlete @ 6 years old. He
played Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball but found his
true passion in Golf. His love for the Golf game helped him realize

exercises were “old school” he thought how hard can this really be?
He perceived that during most of this workout; he
wouldn’t even break a sweat! But as he began training, he

workout was taking his muscles to maximum fatigue fast and were put
