Sarah wandered into her first yoga class in college – and hated it. After several years (and several injuries) she found herself in an Ashtanga class & has been hooked ever since. Throughout her lifetime, Sarah's daily activities had resulted in multiple dislocations, subluxations, and broken bones, surgery and painkillers were often offered as “solutions” to her injuries. After only a few Ashtanga classes, she felt the healing aspects of yoga, and therefore this is her main focus. Sarah has been teaching since 2006, and holds certifications for Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Taoist Flow formats. In addition to her yoga training, Sarah is a certified personal trainer, R.I.P.P.E.D. & R4K, cycling, and boot camp instructor.
