The start of Kayla’s college career brought a lot of uncertainty about what she wanted her major to be. But she knew that she wanted to pursue a profession that allowed her to help others. That idea, coupled with a torn ACL and meniscus her sophomore year during a collegiate soccer game, led her to transfer to Westmont College in 2019 where she began to work as a student athletic trainer, accumulating over 100 hours of observations and training. She has successfully completed her internship with Prevail Conditioning in 2021 and will be attaining her BS in Kinesiology and her CSCS this coming Summer 2021. Kayla loves to see her clients and athletes progress and she strives to help people push themselves in order to achieve their goals.
