I started with FBFM a year ago. I usually go 2-3 times per week and Pilates strength with Cass is my non-negotiable class that I refuse to miss. I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and mobility. Gardening last year was a struggle and resulted in back pain. Now I can garden for hours with no strain at all. Everyone at FBFM is so nice and welcoming. You are encouraged to do what you can while not sacrificing good form and modifications are always given to make the exercises easier or harder. I highly recommend the classes at FBFM.
