Club 1 is a holistic, fitness Heaven! From the moment you enter the door the atmosphere is crisp, welcoming, and focused on supporting you in whatever goal that is.  I have been looking for an Gym that blended all the up to date weights, cardio equipment without being loud, dark and untidy. This gym is the perfect blend of the best equipment, separate zones I you don’t have to share weight bars, plates, or benches. You put your headphones on and tune out the world and work on YOU!  And yet on the other hand, the front area is zen like with access to massage therapist (I recommend Vadim if you are looking for a deep tissue massage) to 3-D Body scans!  The upstairs studio
Is perfect for yoga (check out Manon’s classes) and twerking (check out Danny’s classes).

I can’t recommend this gym enough. Clean, focused, healthy environment!

I love Chie! Bottom line, he gets the job done, while ensuring the protocols of safety are followed. He knows exactly the areas where I am weak and takes me out of my comfort zone to strengthen it. I've gained muscle and strength while loosing fat all within  a matter of 4wks so far. If you are contemplating starting, do so now. The only regret you will have is that you didnt start sooner.

This gym had everything! A huuuuuge playground! Chie will not only make sure you get your work out in, but he will make sure you had fun doing it! He was very motivating and pushes you to be the best you can be!

First of all, this gym is a "WOW "for me, the best playground ever. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. YOU HAVE EVERYTHING ONE COULD WANT IN A GYM. Good service with a very friendly and approachable  staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. It's a highly recommended gym.

What to say, I love Club 1. I was looking for a small boutique gym to go to during COVID-19 and am so happy to have found Club 1. The facility is brand new and very clean with gorgeous equipment. The lockers have built-in numbered locks which are great to take out the pain of having to bring your own lock. The motivational wall of grabbing your own quote card is so inspiring. Every little detail of this space was very well thought out. The partners work so hard, especially Manon who truly cares about each and every person, and is so passionate about health, wellness & fitness and bringing new ideas to make the space even better. It's a wonderful atmosphere coming in. Thank you Club 1!

Vadim is amazing! Super knowledgeable and definitely good at what he does . Definitely reccomend booking a massage with him. Can't wait for my next appointment

Love love love Club1.Super clean and very friendly staff. They have high quality New and well maintained equipment. The people in the gym are very respectful of your space and workout. I see everyone cleaning and disinfecting the equipment after use , which is super important in COVID era. I had my 360 scan done too. it. It is very detailed and has pointed out given the deficits areas I need to focus on.

Club 1 is super clean and bright. I had an amazing Booty Building class with Danny! She pushed me to keep going and I really felt the burn. The change room is great - enjoy the spacious showers with “waterfall” and “rain” options to refresh yourself. At Club 1 I always feel very welcomed and motivated.

Such a great gym ! Super clean. Every single staff member are super nice, caring and friendly. I am now always excited to go to the gym because the staff are just so amazing. Boxing class was great ! Great instructor and a fun class to take. I can’t wait to try more classes.
