Harry's class was so gentle and so challenging at the same time. For anyone looking for a good sweat, try “floating” through one of his vinyasa flow classes! Loved the simple guidance, inviting us to find our own comfortable version of the poses that work for our bodies. Definitely recommend!
Becky is a diverse and compassionate yoga teacher, who has been practicing yoga for the past 4 years. She is a 200-hour certified teacher through Empowered Yoga and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. Becky has obtained additional training to lead meditation, Yoga for Trauma (PTSD) and Yin Yoga; she also teaches yoga to individuals with depression & anxiety.
Becky is a student of life, who loves learning and improving; she regularly attends teacher trainings and workshops, where she gathers knowledge and inspiration for her classes. Becky’s classes offer unique transitions & sequencing, with a focus on alignment and inner-strength, to keep your practices fresh and challenging.
When she is not on her mat, Becky loves the great outdoors and camping. She is also an Ultimate Frisbee enthusiast, an artist, and a photographer. Becky has 2 great kids, who inspire her daily to have fun and not take herself too seriously!
