I have been attending the studio for just about 3 weeks, and it has been great! Every instructor is very friendly, and goes the extra step of ensuring they know all the names of the patrons in their class. The instructors are also all very knowledgeable, and are quick to help with any poses. Would recommend 10/10!
Annelise began practicing yoga with her mom which lead her to take a yoga option course in high school. While working at Soul Fitness Mind Body Studios as a receptionist, she took her 200 hour yoga teacher training. Annelise teaches Suspension Yoga for both adults and kids and is one of the instructor for the Suspension Yoga Teacher Training program at Soul Fitness. Her experience in classes like Gentle Flow and Yin Yoga offer students an opportunity to engage deeper in their practice.
