I have been a member at Sweat for almost 7 years. I am so thankful for this community of health and fitness. The staff has a wide breadth of experience and expertise. The classes are fun and challenging. The classes are changed up to keep people engaged. This is a very positive place of health and healing. I recovered from having babies here. I cross trained trained for several events here (Spartan, Escape from Alkatraz, Sf Half marathon, Monterey Bay Half, and 5ks and
mud runs). I have trained for “life” here, keeping up w my boys in street hockey, sledding and hiking threw the snow without getting winded, and backpacking without injury. I look forward to meeting physical challenges in 2020 knowing I am part of a sweet community of people pursuing health through medicinal movement. Thank you Sweat!
Hi, my name is AnTerrio but, I also go by Terri! I started working at IS with the front desk staff when they opened their latest club on Pershing and March Lane. I left there and joined my parents here at SWEAT as a co-instructor in mid 2015. In January 2017, I was given my own Kangoo Jumps® classes and when needed, I sub for my mom and teach her POUND® class!
I enjoy teaching because I love to choreograph dance moves to music and I get a thrill when I see our members learning the moves too! If you feel you need more hand holding, I'm available for private lessons, just ask!
