I took “Mat II Body Conditioning” class with Julia and thoroughly enjoyed it. I felt like the pace just right, I was able to follow the instructor and did not have too much down time and lost my concentration. Though I ma still a beginner the range of exercises was excellent and I was able to do like 90% of them (my flexibility is't great)
Amber is from Sussex, England. She fell in love with pilates when she lived in London and was attending classes almost daily. The studio became her happy place, a place to unwind after a long day in the office. She decided to embark on her fitness career by training in Mat & Reformer Pilates, and realising her passion for teaching movement she progressed to adding Barre and Aerial certifications to her repertoire, finally quitting her office job to jump head first into teaching full time. Whether it’s working with a client rehabilitating an injury, Pre or post natal, or just someone looking to keep fit, Amber will create bespoke sessions to suit both group and individual needs. Her energy and enthusiasm is evident in every class, and she will encourage you to find the challenge whilst maintaining proper technique and having fun!
