This Learn to Run 5Km program is an 8 weeks jog/walk program designed to take you from no running to completing a 5Km distance.  This program is not focused on pace, time, etc., just completing the 5Km distance.

Our colour coded jog/walk program makes it easy to use.

The program is designed as 3 running days per week.
