I had an online body therapy session with Geneva via Zoom and it was amazing. I've been having trouble with carpal tunnel syndrome (“tennis elbow”) for the past 4 - 5 months that made it hard to do simple things like lugging groceries around, washing dishes or even holding my phone up. Geneva is super knowledgeable and was able to instantly recommend, explain, and demonstrate a few exercises to help alleviate the pain as well as make my arm stronger. I had noticed significant improvement and a lot less pain in the days after. Why did I not do this sooner?!
