Sean has this “ole” gal working out again.  I never look forward to going but as soon as I walk in the door Sean’s personal outgoing uplifting welcome reminds me there is more to working out then just working out.  There is camaraderie, motivation, encouragement, and eagerness to move forward. He is attentive to form and proper technique and stresses the importance as often as it is needed.

I’ve been with Sean over two years and I’m a believer! He takes a personal interest in every single client’s success. He customizes meal plans and workouts, depending on our goals. I am proud to call Sean and friend and No Limit Fitness a second home!

No Limit Fitness is truly a one of a kind personal training facility that is committed and passionate about what they do.  I started training with Sean, owner and trainer at NFL, in July 2017 after losing 110lbs and wanting to work towards new fitness goals.  The results I have seen are extremely motivating and the individualized program and accountability that comes with personal training is exactly what I needed to be successful.  The community support within the gym clientele is unmatched.  NLF is truly one of a kind, if you are willing to hustle and grind you will get the results you are looking for!

Just started attending NLF and I am not disappointed. The staff are amazing. I have always struggled with my weight and with my fitness regimen. Tyler and Sean have designed a program that is not only achievable but one that I can actually see the future with. These guys are super motivational and don't let you quit in your comfort zone. They can see your potential and seem to genuinely want to watch you achieve your goals.  Tyler has been helping make sure that I am not just there as another number. He has been helping me by keeping me motivated and assuring that I am keeping the right mechanics so I do not end up hurting myself as I have seen with other places that I have encountered, which only sets back your progress. I am looking forward to reaching each milestone and I am so happy that I have a great team to reach them with me.

There aren’t enough stars to rate this gym! The entire staff is knowledgeable and well experienced! The trainers are motivating, encouraging and more importantly patient!  I started going to NLF Sept 2017 thinking I would be there for 2 months, gain some knowledge and move on. BUT now I couldn’t imagine leaving! I have a reliable routine that keeps me accountable and motivated. Sean and his team will get you your wanted results!

The culture at No Limit Fitness is evident from the moment you step inside the door. The encouragement and professionalism from the staff create a positive place for clients at any fitness level to reach their goals. Sean’s knowledge of sports injuries allows him to provide safe and effective workouts for his clients. I would highly recommend NLF to gym beginners and seasoned athletes.
