The TRX core fusion is a great work out for the whole body.  The work out is easily adaptable to your fitness level.  I especially like the squat, lunges, back and chest using the TRX.  Susan is a fantastic teacher!

About 20 years ago and putting up with nagging back pain, I
walked into a local pilates studio to see if this “phenomenon”
could help. Over the next months as I attended classes, I enjoyed
easier movement, a better understanding of how my body moved in
space, and a greater appreciation of the “little muscles” that I
had previously ignored.  I was hooked.
Following my retirement from a long career in healthcare, my
husband and I moved from Toronto to Kingston in 2015. 
Discovering and enrolling in classes at Momentum Pilates re-kindled
the pleasure I always experienced practising pilates, as well as
exposing me to the knowledgeable and supportive community within
the studio.
I believe that pilates can benefit everyone.  For myself, I
know that practising pilates will help me stay active and mobile as
I age. In my years since my first visit to Momentum Pilates, I have
been lucky enough to encounter teachers who instruct with thorough
knowledge, positive feedback, and focus on their clients'
needs.  Having the opportunity to share my experiences and
pass on what I have learned with others is a great gift.
