I've been coming to Pilates class for several years now. Julee is amazing and her coaching during the class is the best. The class size is limited so that she can help you achieve the greatest results through her coaching and observation of your work. I don't know of another class in Nashville with this level of Pilates mat class. I highly recommend it. DH
As a yoga teacher and certified health coach, Donna brings a holistic approach to her teaching. Drawing from different traditions, Donna creates classes that help develop strength, flexibility and openness in the body, empowering students to live in their bodies in a wholesome way. She uses a hands-on approach to teach the foundations of alignment and the flow and function of the breath, meeting students where they are in their yoga practice and health journey.
Donna's yoga training includes certifications in Power Yoga from Core Power Yoga, Boulder, CO; RYT 200 Hour Yoga Training from Asheville Yoga Center and is working on her 500 Hour Yoga Therapy Training. She is also certified with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners having studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach.
