About Myra (from Myra)  Hello! My name is Myra. I am a Registered Nurse-turned-Pilates Instructor who fell in love with Pilates in 2012 after a long quest for a physical outlet that provided challenging yet functional body movements. I completed my teacher training for comprehensive instruction through Balanced Body and have trained in workshops with Nancy Myers and Monique Convertito. I am passionate about holistic healing and integrating body movements with mindfulness and fun experiences! I look forward to working with you!
