I am really happy I found Function Pilates! I've only attended 2 classes so far and they have been really great. Liz has been my instructor for both sessions and she is really fantastic! In each class, Liz has offered variations so that movements can be more/less challenging depending on your level. It's been a while since I practiced on a regular basis and I find these classes to be just what I need to supplement my overall fitness. I plan to purchase a package to keep the momentum going.
In my classes I bring my knowledge and experience with Pilates, Egoscue Posture Alignment, fascial movement, and joint mobility to help you deepen your connection to your practice and your body. You will learn the purpose of the different exercises we use in class and how to perform them with precision, and intention to gain strength, flexibility, mobility, and improve your alignment and functioning.
