26+2 COMPREHENSIVE BEGINNERS CLASS
Friday, June 27th from 4:30pm-6:30pm at 105F Lincoln Park (2736A N. Clark St.)

Take a deep dive into the 26+2 during this two-hour comprehensive class.  Gianna will guide you through the beginners hot yoga series with additional time spent for detailed explanations & posture breakdowns.  You'll gain insight into proper alignment, technique & purpose behind each pose -- along with options for modifications.  Whether you're new to the 26+2 or have been practicing this series for years, this workshop will strengthen your foundation & expand your perspective.  

NEXT LEVEL INTERMEDIATE CLASS
Saturday, June 28th from 1pm-2:30pm at 105F South Loop (47 W. Polk St.)

Building on the 26+2 beginners sequence, this dynamic 90-minute intermediate class introduces postures that bridge the gap between beginners & advanced practices.  Gianna will draw from multiple yoga lineages to craft a sequence that varies each time, blending traditional hot yoga roots with creative movement & deeper expression.  You'll explore transitions, strength-building holds & expanded shapes that challenge balance, focus & flexibility.  You'll be prepped & ready to try the 84 asana advanced class!  

84 ASANA ADVANCED CLASS
Sunday, June 29th from 2pm-4pm at 105F Wicker Park (1344 N. Milwaukee Ave.)

Step into the full spectrum of classical hot yoga with this two-hour journey through the original 84 asanas of Patanjali -- where the 26+2 series was derived from.  This advanced class invites you to explore your edge through backbends, inversions, arm balances & more, all offered with Gianna's accessible, encouraging & playful approach.  While challenging, this class is not about “mastery” & more about joyful exploration, curiosity & celebrating the body's limitless potential.
