Restore & Rebalance: Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Hands-On Healing

Join guest teachers Ammie Moralez and Mabel Miller Klein and our very own Audrey Burghardt on Sunday, October 19th, from 1-3pm at our Lincoln Park Studio for a restorative hands-on Yin and Yoga Nidra experience designed to deeply relax and rejuvenate the body and mind.  

During this special 2-hour workshop, you'll move through a series of Yin postures, holding each pose for an extended period of time to gently release tension in the fascia and improve flexibility. Throughout the practice, enjoy soothing guided acupressure adjustments to activate the body’s energy meridians and enhance the benefits of each posture.

Optional add-on treatments include nasya oil to open the breath and cupping to ease and relax stubborn areas of tightness. The session closes with a tranquil Yoga Nidra meditation practice -- “yogic sleep” -- inviting you into a state of deep, conscious relaxation, allowing you to settle into a place of complete rest and healing.
