This pass entitles you to 20 visits to any of our Clinical Exercise Classes.

Clinical Exercise Classes are taken by a Physiotherapist, eligible for private health rebates, and require an initial assessment with our Physio before beginning. If you need a receipt for PHI claiming after completing your pass, please email reception at info@eurekahealth.com.au

Please note: This pass is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Any unused passes after expiry cannot be used or refunded.
Anyone with classes remaining on a pass used at the Buninyong studio at the end of the year can use them at the Howitt st studio; passes are non-refundable
