-Three, 90-minute workshop sessions with handstand expert Katie Hillgren!
-Drills to help you strengthen and practice between sessions
-Tips and tricks to help overcome inversion fear
-Skills and strategies to add your handstand into your regular yoga practice

Great for yogis new to handstand AND those looking to strengthen their handstand practice. (Moderate yoga experience will be helpful for this series.) Each session will build on the previous so it’s best if you can attend them all!

Session 1 - Foundations

Learn optimal handstand alignment, tips and tricks on how to overcome fear of falling out and strengthening exercises to get you started!

Session 2 - Building

Add on to your handstand foundation with new skills and drills to practice!

Session 3 - Growing
Saturday, August 17
1 - 2:30 p.m.
Explore your new handstand skills, move away from the wall and learn how and when to add handstands to your regular yoga practice!
