Terms and Conditions:

Membership Benefits:
The client is entitled to attend unlimited pilates reformer, yoga and mat pilates classes for 1 year
.
Membership Hold:
The membership can be placed on hold for up to one month for a fee of $25 per month.

Billing Information:
The client's credit card will be stored on their billing profile.
A 3.95% surcharge will be applied to this transaction.

Class Schedule:
Yoga Bodies reserves the right to add or remove classes from the schedule.

Refund and Exchange Policy:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
No exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.

Special Note:
We do not offer prenatal yoga classes, and our regular classes do not include modifications for pregnant participants.

Studio Policies:
All members must abide by studio policies, including checking in at the front desk, adhering to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:
Yoga & Mat Pilates Classes:
Clients are required to cancel their class at least 61 minutes before the scheduled start time to avoid a $15 late/no-show fee. Please note, there will be no exceptions, and phone cancellations are not accepted. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for our entire community.

Pilates Reformer Classes:
Clients are required to cancel their class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a $15 late/no-show fee. Please note, there will be no exceptions, and phone cancellations are not accepted. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for our entire community.

By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges and accepts all conditions outlined in this contract.
