Commit to your practice with our All Access Pilates Reformer, Yoga & Mat Pilates 1-Year Membership. Enjoy the flexibility to attend up to eight (8) classes over one year—choose any mix of Pilates Reformer, Yoga, and Mat Pilates classes. No auto-renewal obligation. Focus on your wellness journey at your own pace with total peace of mind.

Terms and Conditions:

Membership Benefits:
 The client is entitled to attend a total of eight (8) classes—any combination of Pilates Reformer, Yoga, and Mat Pilates—within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Unused classes do not roll over after the membership expires.

Membership Hold:
 The membership can be placed on hold for up to one month for a fee of $25 per month.

Billing Information:
 The client's credit card will be stored on their billing profile.
 A 3.95% surcharge will be applied to this transaction.

Class Schedule:
 Yoga Bodies reserves the right to add or remove classes from the schedule.

Refund and Exchange Policy:
 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
 No exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.
 Non-shareable
 Non-negotiable

Special Note:
 We do not offer prenatal yoga classes, and our regular classes do not include modifications for pregnant participants.

Studio Policies:
 All members must abide by studio policies, including checking in at the front desk and adhering to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Yoga & Mat Pilates Classes:
 Clients are required to cancel their class at least 61 minutes before the scheduled start time to avoid a $15 late/no-show fee. No exceptions; phone cancellations are not accepted.

Reformer Pilates Classes:
 Clients are required to cancel their class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid loss of the class booked. No exceptions; phone cancellations are not accepted.
 These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for our entire community.
By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges and accepts all conditions outlined in this contract.
