Every Body Yoga – A 4-Week Beginner Course
Starts Friday 3 October 2025 – 6:30pm
Have you ever felt like yoga wasn’t meant for you because of your size, shape, or flexibility? This course is here to prove otherwise.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll explore simple, supportive postures, gentle breathing practices, and learn how to use props so that every body — no matter where you’re starting from — can feel comfortable and confident on the mat.
This is your chance to move without pressure, find calm without judgment, and build strength in a space that celebrates all shapes and abilities. After the course, you’ll be ready to flow into our alignment and yin classes, or continue Friday nights as your weekly reset.
What to Expect Over 4 Weeks
Each week we’ll focus on a different theme, gradually building your confidence and connection to your body:
Week 1 – Coming Home to the Body: Grounding & acceptance with breath awareness, gentle stretches, and supported poses. Learn props & self-adjustments to move with comfort.
Week 2 – Finding Strength & Stability: Chair-supported standing postures and safe balance work to feel steady and confident.
Week 3 – Opening Space: Gentle heart openers, side bends, and mindful transitions to release tension and expand your breath.
Week 4 – Integration & Flow: Link movements into a mini-sequence, enjoy guided relaxation, and reflect on how to take yoga into everyday life.
