This package entitles the holder to attend up to eight (8) Adult Karate classes (ages 16+) within a four (4) week period. It is a month-to-month recurring plan with no fixed term.

Cancellations must be submitted via your Wellness account (website or app) with a minimum of 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in the class credit being forfeited, and the session will not be eligible for rescheduling. If appropriate notice is provided, participants may reschedule or register for a non-curriculum class to be used within the same four-week cycle.

Refund Policy:
All purchases are non-refundable for any reason, including—but not limited to—failure to review the terms and conditions prior to purchase. Credit transfers or exceptions may only be granted with prior approval from management.
