A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where people lie down and listen to resonant sounds. Kat Nechlebova will be guiding you through a 50-minute sound therapy session. She will use 432 hz crystal bowls, tuning forks, glass pyramid gongs, an ocean and tongue drum, and looper pedal to create all of the layers of sound. Sound Baths create a calming environment where you can tune out distractions and focus on feeling peace, relaxation, and tranquility.
