These classes blends breath with movement in a flowing sequence of postures that build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Cancellations: If you cancel a booked class 8 hours or more in advance, the class credit will be returned to your Zenergy account for reuse within the validity period.

Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to settle in. The door is locked at the class start time, and no admittance is permitted after this point.
