TWO-TIERED TRAINING STRUCTURE:
FOUNDATION TIER (Ages 8–12)
Ideal for new and returning athletes building a strong base
    •    Acceleration + change of direction fundamentals
    •    Basic agility, balance, and deceleration
    •    Introductory strength training
    •    Focus: mechanics, movement quality, effort
FORTIFIED TIER (Ages 13–18)
Built for returning NLP athletes and older athletes ready to level up
    •    Max velocity + multidirectional agility
    •    Explosive power & controlled deceleration
    •    Integrated strength modalities: hypertrophy, speed, power, power-strength
    •    Focus: execution, output, and performance application
